Digital Marketing Strategist – SEM Specialist:

OtterBase is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN, seeking an experienced strategist to bolster their digital marketing team, helping them achieve their business growth and recruitment objectives. Working remotely on Mondays and Fridays and on-site Tuesday through Thursday, you’ll utilize various digital technologies to identify opportunities, shape recruitment marketing strategies, and connect our client’s brands with qualified candidates. Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including search aggregators, websites, emails, and social media. 
  • Conduct in-depth research on products, services, and industry trends to uncover new opportunities for client campaigns. 
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and propose solutions to enhance online visibility and engagement. 
  • Monitor SEO/SEM performance metrics to forecast trends and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. 
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic guidance. 
  • Stay abreast of audience preferences and recommend new campaign ideas to drive results. 
  • Collaborate closely with creative and client services teams to enhance customer experience. 

  

Experience: 

  • 2+ years of proven SEM and SEO experience. 
  • Experience in recruiting/HR or recruitment marketing preferred. 
  • Experience in Transportation industry a plus. 

 

 Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics with experience building custom reports. 
  • Familiarity with additional analytics tools is advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads with a track record of implementing and optimizing AdWords campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of additional advertising systems, DMPs, and/or DSPs beneficial. 
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, generate reports, and identify trends. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formula application. 
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and client interactions. 
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML. 
  • Strong project management abilities. 

 

 Education: 

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field.
