Infrastructure Engineer

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

• Establish and maintain IT Network Infrastructure both locally and remotely
• Manage virtual and physical backups.
• Manage Internet Provider Agreements and interface with multiple account reps
• Build field routers and maintain nationwide VPN infrastructure
• Assist with the maintenance of a data center environment.
• Provide Escalated IT Support
• Maintain a monitoring and reporting environment for IT resources

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or at least two years related experience or training
• Experience supporting multiple remote sites. VPN Experience.
• Available occasionally on an off-hour’s basis for on-call support rotation.
• Experience in basic network administration
• Experience working with IT storage platforms (NAS, iSCSI, etc.)
• IP Subnetting – switch and router support experience.
• Fortinet or Cisco networking hardware experience
• Expert MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook experience
• Skilled in MS Visio

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The position is primarily in person in an office environment 5 days a week
