Description: The Quality Assurance Technician handles inspection and testing of incoming components, raw materials, in process batches, and finished goods to support manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities/skills:
-Performs incoming inspection for components and raw materials to ensure materials conform to set specifications and maintains inspection records for reference.
-Effectively communicates findings to leadership and across shifts to ensure continuity of productive working environment.
-Demonstrates practical knowledge in the scientific method, test development, data collection and analysis, and good laboratory practices
-Actively engages in learning/developmental activities, enhancing personal knowledge, skill, and potential career growth.
Qualifications:
-Ability to interpret laboratory procedures and follow steps provided.
-Experience in wet laboratory or chemical processing environment strongly preferred.
-Experience with statistical process control and charting
-Demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions quickly and effectively.
