Lead and mentor teams specializing in mechanical engineering, virtual design, and fabrication. Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and elevate the company’s capabilities in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and assign resources to best accomplish objectives, ensuring standards, performance metrics, and timelines are achieved.
2. Create standards for evaluating energy efficiency systems.
3. Conduct project reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
4. Update design and process standards through regular departmental reviews.
5. Recruit, train, and assess senior staff, defining roles and responsibilities.
6. Provide technical guidance to designers and engineers.
7. Assist in crafting engineering and technical presentations.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a current P.E. license
• AutoCAD/BIM/Revit
• HVAC
• Personnel, financial, project leadership
• Strong analytical and communication skills
