We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who has experience working with large-scale venues from sales to operations to building vendor relationships.  


  • Assist in the generation of comprehensive business plans for sustained long-term growth.
  • Contribute to the development of industry products and services to meet evolving market demands.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, within an assigned territory.
  • Review and prepare bid/contract documents, ensuring accurate pricing, qualifications, and required documentation.
  • Process incoming orders and coordinate seamless handoffs to project management and engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry clients, including venues, architects, general contractors, building management companies, and consultants.


  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales roles within the Live Entertainment industry selling Products & Equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
