Responsibilities/skills:
- Manage project lifecycles from definition through implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans tailored to the retail environment.
- Define project milestones and success criteria for cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, retail operations teams, IT departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with retail business needs.
- Provide regular project updates to retail leadership, incorporating feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budgets as required.
- Drive effective change management throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise-wide initiatives within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across retail departments and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a focus on driving retail business results through strategic project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.
