You will be responsible for the design, support, maintenance, configuration, backup, and reliable operation of the cloud and on-premise environment. This role will primarily be responsible for working within M365 and Active Directory.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point person for supporting, maintaining enterprise environment.
- Handle any escalated system issues
- Perform proactive system monitoring
- Design and develop PowerShell scripts to automate management tasks
- Support the organization’s cloud environment
- Perform regular security checks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience and certifications
- At least 7 years of Exchange / M365 / Azure AD / Azure experience in an enterprise environment
- Heavy PowerShell experience in both Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint
- Experience with Group Policy, PKI, DNS and DFS is a plus.
- ITIL Certification/ ITSM Experience is preferred.
