Responsibilities:

• Level 2/3 helpdesk support

• Working with IT leadership and other Systems Admin

• Management and cleanup of servers, upgrades, and optimization

• Network projects – VLAN changes and other related tasks

• IT systems and network administration for for 8-10 facilities

• On-call rotation, once a month for a week – might take a call a couple times a month

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years experience in a Network/Systems Admin position

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

• Industry certifications are a plus

• Remote support experience is highly preferred, all IT is at corporate office

• Basic server and network experience and understanding

• More focused on server administration

• Virtual servers – VMware or Hyper-V

• Network – Cisco Meraki

• Prior cloud experience is ideal but not required
