HRIS Analyst

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee inquiries related to the HRIS, including supporting helpdesk requests for Time & Attendance, Payroll, Programming, and other HRIS functions.

  • Onboard new users and integrate acquired businesses into the HRIS system.

  • Ensure HR compliance and policies are consistently updated within the HRIS.

  • Address daily queries and manage tactical and programming projects related to HRIS.

  • Coordinate workflows with third-party administrators.

  • Configure and set up HRIS modules as needed.

  • Launch and monitor HRIS processes.

  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and support.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in configuring and managing an HRIS system.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
