We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Product Owner to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of M365 services across the organization. This role requires a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise technologies. The Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, oversee product development, and ensure services align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Define and prioritize product goals, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Gather requirements, align on vision, and drive stakeholder buy-in.
- Product Development & Delivery: Oversee the implementation of M365 features and enhancements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
- Agile Practices: Lead Agile and DevOps processes, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure streamlined delivery.
- User Experience: Monitor usage metrics, address feedback, and enhance user satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure alignment with organizational policies and industry regulations while maintaining robust security standards.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, delivery, and outcomes. Document processes and contribute to the improvement of project methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of technology development experience, including software delivery and Agile practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a customer-first mindset.
- Certifications in ITIL, Scrum, PMI, or similar frameworks are preferred.
- Strong technical foundation and experience working with IT tools and technologies.
