Senior Onsite IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Level 2/3 role

• Higher level troubleshooting for end users than Level 1

• Strong customer service supporting end users

• Deployment and maintenance of hardware and software

• Managing user accounts in Active Directory

• Basic network troubleshooting

• Patch things as needed

• Will be doing general IT support and maintenance

• Majority of time will be spent working at desk, with some in-person Tech requirements

• Active Directory – Group Policy

• MS Exchange – set up new distribution list

• Office365 and Azure – background but not expert

• MS SCCM or Intune – background but not expert

• Ticketing Systems

• Familiar with HP laptops and desktops but not required

• Basic network troubleshooting

• Label printers or high-volume printer experience

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in an IT Support position

• Bachelor’s degree and certifications are a plus but not required

• Ability to problem solve and self learning

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Trustworthy and reliable
